There are few things that make this scene good. 1: Derek only acknowledges Meredith when Addison, Rose and herself walk into the elevator. 2: Derek then looks behind him to look at Meredith. 3: The elevator doors opening, then Mark appears laughing his head off, which makes the scene funny.

I am going to call this the best proposal ever on Grey's Anatomy. The setting was right, the timing was right and everything about this proposal was just right.
