This episode had a lot going on; Arizona returning back to work and having a good day, Bailey organising her wedding, Owen wanting Cristina and himself to get a divorce, April panicking about being pregnant, Jackson breaking up with April and Derek eager to get his hand fixed. However, the best part of the episode was before Owen telling Cristina he wanted a divorce; Meredith telling Derek she's pregnant.
